What we build

Everything your institution runs on, built for you.

Admissions to alumni, fees to payroll, boarding to the bus ride home: one system shaped around how you work, on your own domain, and owned by you.

The catalogue

Twelve areas. One system.

Every area here is built and ready to be shaped around you. Choose the ones you need, leave the ones you do not, and tell us what is missing.

The AI assistant

It drafts. Your people decide.

Ask in plain words and the assistant answers from your own records: who still owes fees, how attendance moved this term, which staff are on leave. When a message needs writing, it drafts one. Nothing is sent and nothing is changed until a person says so.

You

Draft a note to Class 5 parents: sports day moves to Friday.

DraftRead-only

Dear parents,

Sports day for Class 5 will now take place on Friday, starting at nine in the morning.

Please send your child in sports kit, with a water bottle and a hat.

Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you there.

Review and send
  1. 01

    Read-only by default

It looks things up. It never edits, deletes or sends anything on its own.

  2. 02

    A person approves

Every draft waits for a member of staff to read it, change it and send it.

  3. 03

    You set the limits

Choose who can use it, see how it is used and cap what it spends. Personal details are masked before a question leaves your system.

Hosted your way

Your system, on our servers or yours.

A support engineer wearing a headset, smiling during a call in a bright office

We run it for you

On dedicated infrastructure, set up, secured, backed up and watched over by the people who built it.

  • Setup, security and backups
  • Updates and monitoring
  • Support from the team that built it
  • Your own domain
  • Your own email addresses
  • Your data, exportable any time

Change your mind later? Move from one to the other, and your system and data come with you.

Custom builds

If you do it, we can build it.

The catalogue is where we start, not where we stop. If your institution runs something we have not built yet, we build it for you, and it becomes part of your own system.

  • a weekly lesson timetable
  • mobile-money checkout for fees
  • WhatsApp alerts for parents
  • a student portal with online lessons
  • card-tap attendance at the gate
  • live bus tracking for parents
  • a cashless canteen wallet
  • exports for your exam board
  • a scholarship application portal
  • an offline mode for remote sites
  • your own mobile app
  • a link to your accounting system
  1. 01

    Integrations

Connect your bank, payment provider, SMS gateway or accounting software.

  2. 02

    Your workflows

Approvals, forms and steps that follow the way your offices already work.

  3. 03

    Your reports

The exact figures your board, inspectors or owners ask for.

How we work

Four steps, then years together.

  1. 01

    We listen

We sit with your leaders, your offices and your teachers, and learn how your institution really runs.

  2. 02

    We build

We shape every module around you and show you working pieces as we go, not a slide deck.

  3. 03

    You own it

Your system goes live on your domain, hosted where you choose, with the code and the data handed over.

  4. 04

    We grow with you

A new programme, a new office, a new idea: we keep building whenever you are ready.

Questions

Before you ask.

Do we have to take every module?

No. You choose the areas you need. Each one is shaped to how you work, and more can be added whenever you are ready.

Can you build something that is not in the catalogue?

Yes. If your institution does it, we can build it, from a link to your bank to a workflow only your institution has. It becomes part of your own system.

Does the AI assistant change our records?

No. It is read-only by default. It answers questions from your records and drafts messages, and a member of your staff reviews and sends anything that goes out.

Where will our system be hosted?

Wherever you choose. We can host and run it for you, or install it on your own servers or cloud account. You can move between the two later.

Will it carry our own name and domain?

Yes. Every institution gets its own domain and its own email addresses, so parents and staff sign in at your address and hear from you.

Can parents use it on their phones?

Yes. The parent portal and every staff page work in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. If you want a dedicated mobile app, we can build one for you.

Tell us how your institution runs.

We will show you what we would build, and how it becomes yours.
