For schools

Your school, finally yours.

A year at your school

One system, from the first bell to the last.

Follow a school year. Every moment in it runs on a system that belongs to you.

  1. A father and his daughter walking hand in hand through the school gate
    Term 1 · Week 1

    The first day

Enquiries became offers, offers became places. Every new pupil arrives already in a class, with a family already connected.

  2. A smiling student raising his hand in a bright classroom
    Term 1 · Week 6

    The learning term

Attendance taken in seconds, with families told the moment a child is missing. Homework set, handed in and marked in one place.

  3. A schoolgirl smiling as she holds a closed school folder to her chest
    Term 2 · Week 12

    Report day

Marks become report cards with teacher and head comments, checked for gaps, and reach every family the same afternoon.

  4. Primary pupils running across the school field, with their teacher behind them
    Term 3 · Week 4

    Sports day

Houses, races and the whole school out on the field. Attendance is still taken, and every family still hears the news.

  5. A group of pupils in school uniform sitting together on a hillside, watching the sun set over their town
    Term 3 · Week 13

    The year closes

Pupils promoted to their next class in one go, arrears clear on screen, every record kept. The whole year stays with your school.

Families

Families are part of the school.

Parents and guardians see what matters the moment it happens: attendance, fees, homework and the report card, in one place they trust.

  • Only their own children’s records, nobody else’s
  • Messages and announcements by SMS and email

Every record.Your school.

Years of reports, receipts and memories, kept in a system that belongs to you. Hosted by us or on your own servers, your choice.

How ownership works
A school like yours

What changes on an ordinary Tuesday.

School gates standing wide open onto a tree-lined road at sunrise
For a growing school

The day a school stops renting its own records.

Every year the renewal letter arrives with a higher price and the same quiet threat underneath it. This is what happens when a school decides it has paid rent for the last time.

Questions from schools

What heads and bursars ask us.

Does the system belong to our school?

Yes. We build it for your school and hand it over. The software, the source code and every record in it are yours, and you can export your data whenever you like.

Where does our system run?

Your choice. We can host it for you, or it can run on your own servers. You can move between the two later.

Do we get our own web address and email?

Yes. Every school gets its own domain and email, so parents and staff see your name, not ours.

Can it handle both day pupils and boarders?

Yes. Day and boarding run side by side: rooms, roll-calls and meals for boarders, transport and pick-ups for day pupils.

Can the system grow with us?

Yes. A new section, a boarding house or a new idea next year: we build it into the system you already own.

Let’s build your school’s system.

Tell us how your school works. We will build the system around it, on your own domain, for you to keep.
