For colleges

From workshop to workplace.

Technical, vocational, teacher-training, health, business and agricultural colleges. We build the system your college runs on, from intake to industry, and hand you the keys.

The path

One line from first application to first job.

Every student follows a route through your college. Your system should follow it with them, station by station.

  1. A university registrar shaking hands with a new student and her mother
    01

    Intake

Online applications with documents and saved drafts, review and offers, waitlists, and enrolment that opens the student’s record.

  2. A lecturer speaking to students in a sunlit lecture hall
    02

    Programmes and cohorts

Your programmes, modules and cohorts, set up the way your college really runs them. We build this part to your structure.

  3. A culinary student carefully plating a dish in a college kitchen
    03

    Practicals and assessment

Theory and practical marks graded against your own boundaries, exam timetables and papers, and results every lecturer can trust.

  4. A college student in a hard hat and safety vest beside her mentor on a building site
    04

    Industry placement

Placement hosts, supervisors and logbooks signed off week by week. Built around the way your college places students.

  5. A graduate in cap and gown hugging her mother on the campus lawn
    05

    Certification

Results with QR verification, and the certificates and clearance your awarding rules ask for, built to match them.

  6. A school principal standing calmly on the front steps of her school in the morning sun
    06

    Alumni

Every graduate stays on record with your college, ready for the next reunion, reference or return to study.

Admissions, grading, results, fees, hostels and payroll are already part of the system. Programmes, placements and certificates are built to your own rules.

Collaborations and partnerships

A college is the company it keeps.

Employers, sponsors, awarding bodies and partner institutions all have a stake in your students. We build every one of those relationships into your system.

Your college
  • A head teacher and a teacher planning their new system with two developers over paper sketches

    Industry partners

Agreements, contacts and the programmes each partner helps shape, on one shared record.

  • A school bursar carrying a folder, greeting a colleague in an open-air corridor

    Employers and placement hosts

Who hosts which students, for how long, and whose supervisor signs each logbook.

  • A parent paying school fees at a friendly bank counter

    Sponsors and bursary funders

Sponsored students, bursaries applied to their fees, and clear statements for the people who pay.

  • A bursar and a head teacher reviewing documents together at an office desk

    Awarding and government bodies

Registers and returns prepared in the format each body asks for, from records you already keep.

  • Students walking along a tree-lined path across a university campus

    Partner colleges and universities

Credit transfer and articulation routes, so a student’s results travel with them to the next step.

  • Two students kneeling on a campus lawn, planting a young tree together

    Community projects

Outreach, service learning and the students who give their time, all counted and remembered.

Built to your agreements. If your college does it, we can build it.

Student life and welfare

Looked after, on and off the timetable.

Students live, eat and grow at your college. The people who care for them work from the same record.

Two boarding students folding clothes and chatting in their dormitory

Hostels

Rooms and beds, allocation in bulk, roll-calls, exeats and a visitors log.

Three students cooking together in a shared hostel kitchen

Meals

Menus planned ahead, dietary needs respected, and who ate recorded at every sitting.

03

Health

Sick-bay visits, health profiles, vaccinations and medication records.

04

Safeguarding

A confidential place to record concerns, disclosures and counselling, and follow each one up.

05

Discipline

Incidents logged with severity, action and follow-up, next to every achievement worth recognising.

Student finance

Fees, sponsors and bursaries, settled.

Fee structures term by term, bursary and scholarship discounts, instalment plans, invoices and receipts anyone can verify, reminders on schedule and arrears at a glance. Statements for sponsors who pay directly are built in when you need them.

Lecturers, instructors, wardens and the office team behind them: one place for their records, their pay and their time.

    Lecturer records

Profiles, documents and departments, kept current for every member of staff.

  2. 09:00

    Attendance and reviews

Staff attendance with trends, performance reviews and a fair record of every case.

  3. 13:30

    Leave

Requests, approvals and balances, without a paper form in sight.

  4. 17:00

    Payroll

Allowances, deductions and payslips your staff open themselves.

Ownership

Turn the key. The system is yours.

No rented software and no one else’s name on your portal. Your college owns the system, the code and every record in it.

How ownership works
A college story

What changes on intake day.

For a technical college

The first day of intake, finally on one list.

New students arrive, and every department has its own version of who they are. Here is what changes when a college brings programmes, hostels and placements into one system it owns.

Questions colleges ask

Before you build.

Can you build around our programmes and intakes?

Yes. We start from how your college is organised: your programmes, modules, cohorts and intake dates. Admissions, assessment, results, fees and hostels are already part of the system, and we build the rest to your structure.

Do you handle industry placements and logbooks?

We build placements around the way your college runs them: host employers, supervisors, placement periods and logbook sign-off. You tell us the process, we build it into your system.

Many of our students are sponsored. Is that covered?

Bursary and scholarship discounts, instalment plans, invoices and verifiable receipts are already in the system. If sponsors pay you directly, we build their statements in too.

Will the system carry our college’s name?

Yes. It runs on your own domain, sends email from your own address and carries your name and colours. Students and partners never see ours.

Where is our data kept?

Wherever you choose. We can host it for you, or it can run on your own servers. Either way the data and the code belong to your college.

What happens when we open a new programme?

The system grows with you. Because you own it, adding a programme, a department or a new kind of partnership is a change to your system, not a new contract.
